This just in from Trace Kimble with SA Lenders. The FHA loan limit for San Antonio and surrounding counties is DECREASING on Jan 1, 2009 from $332,500 to $287,500. All loans must be fully credit approved by Jan. 1st to close at the higher loan amount.
