Who am I?
I am a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I have served on the Ethics Committee and the Farm and Ranch Committee for SABOR and I am currently a member of the Political Affairs Committee for TAR.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Texas State University (now called Texas State University). I worked as an Auditor, Budget Analyst, and Grants/Contracts Administrator and Assistant Department Head for the State of Texas for just shy of 20 years. I also had the pleasure to work for the Comal Independent School District as a Grants Writer for a few years prior to becoming a Realtor.
I am a rancher. We raise paint horses, llamas, and miniature donkeys along with some other pets. I am a member of the Comal County Junior Livestock Association, 4-H Caprine Club, and the Texas Farm Bureau.
Our ranch is in Comal County, just north of San Antonio. I am active in the community through involvement in school activities and my 9-Pin Bowling league to name a few. I am a member of the Comal ISD 2008 Bond Citizens Committee.
I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I've been married to the same man for over 29 years. We have two beautiful and gifted daughters and one very adorable grandson.
I am the 6th child of a retired Air Force Officer. I am a Hereditary Member of the Military Order of the World Wars (MOWW). Yes, I am very proud to call myself a military brat. I attended 5 different elementary schools, 2 different middle schools and have lived all over the United States and England. I can sympathize with the best of them when it comes to the hassles involved in moving.
The Motto of the MOWW is "It is more noble to serve than to be served". I carry this motto into all aspects of my life. I believe that everyone is entitled to fair and honest representation. I do not believe in representing a buyer and a seller in the same transaction. I have an extremely high level of integrity and represent my clients to the best of my ability by putting their interest above mine at all times. My clients have become extended family and I am proud to call them my friends. I hope to add your name to my extended family.
